i. The City Commission declares the Middle River-South Middle River- Sunrise Boulevard area blighted and appoints itself to be the Community Redevelopment Agency for the Middle River-South Middle River Sunrise Boulevard Community Redevelopment Area on April 20, 2010 by Resolution 10-108
ii. Delegation of Authority by Board Commissioners of Broward County (BCC) to the City of Fort Lauderdale on April 11, 1989 by Resolution 89-1132 to exercise all those powers conferred upon local governments by the Community Redevelopment Act of 1969, as amended for program operating within the corporate limits subject to review and approval by BCC of the City’s Community Redevelopment Plan and any amendments thereto
iii. The Community Redevelopment Plan was approved by the Fort Lauderdale City Commission on January 5, 2012 - Resolution 12-02
iv. The City Commission established the Redevelopment Trust Fund on April 3, 2012 by Ordinance Number C-12-06
