FL2STAT is the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Quality Management System (QMS). This system sets standards for ensuring that services are of high quality, meet stakeholder needs and expectations, and are consistently delivered. The QMS works to ensure that services are provided by qualified and competent employees and service providers. The QMS framework ensures that services are performed with the appropriate equipment and processes. Additionally, the QMS provides a framework to ensure that the City is continuously improving its services.
