At the beginning of each year, the City Commission meets to collectively establish their priorities. These priorities are an important component of the City’s future planning as they advance the goals outlined in the City’s five-year Strategic Plan and long-term Vision Plan by ensuring the City is agile in aligning annual priorities with the defined goals for the next five years and beyond.  Once established, the priorities are integrated as a part of the annual operating budget to ensure that appropriate resources are dedicated to accomplishing the goals of the Commission.
