The City of Fort Lauderdale and Southern Underground Industries are making improvements to the City’s stormwater system near the pool area of the residential buildings along NE 36th Street between NE 32nd Avenue and NE 34th Avenue. The work includes:

• Replacing a portion of an existing 15-inch stormwater pip

Construction will begin on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, and is expected to be completed by late July 2024. Work will take place Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. This schedule is subject to change based on inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Traffic Impacts

• No lane closures are expected as part of this project.
• Access to parking spaces will be maintained.
• Please follow posted signs and drive with caution in the area.
