The Residential Parking Permit Program (RPPD) is designed to provide residents of the Birch Park Beach Finger Streets neighborhood with relief from non-resident parking issues while offering reasonable access to parking near their homes. The Residential Parking Permit is intended for individual homeowner use only and is not for resale, commercial, industrial, or business operations with exception below.

Permits are valid 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM / 7 days a week.
Maximum of five (5) permits per residence.
Space availability will be based on a first come, first serve basis, and does not guarantee available parking.
Permits are not valid in metered parking spaces. Meters must be paid.
All parking violations will be enforced, including vehicle immobilization.
Customer must live in the applicable area and must provide the following documents with matching name and address:
- Current valid driver’s license or any other government issued ID that shows the resident’s name, address, and photo.
- Proof of ownership or valid residential lease for the property
- Current Vehicle Registration.

Birch Park Finger Streets Residential Parking Permit Program is an annual program with permits valid July 1^st through June 30^th. Permits will not be prorated.

Visitor Parking:

There are 75 Guest Permits available for use by residents who have purchased a Residential Parking Permit. Guest Permits are issued and managed by the Homeowners Association and can be checked out for 24-hour periods, as needed, on a first-come, first-served basis. Issuance of a Guest Permit does not guarantee that a parking space will be available. Replacement of Guest Permits stolen, lost, or destroyed will cost the Homeowners Association $100 each.
