PURPOSE: The purpose is to obtain certain water and sewer information for projects currently in the Development Review Committee Review process, and to help guide discussions during meetings, and to identify any questions or comments in relation to a projects demand on water and sewer infrastructure.
INSTRUCTIONS: To request a water and sewer service calculation through Public Works staff, please visit LauderBuild and upload request by selecting (New Application - Permits/Engineering - Engineering-Service Requests - Capacity Request). Please upload a Site Plan with all water and sewer connections and Equivalent Residential Connection (ERC) Calculations.
