The Davie Boulevard Corridor Master Plan was initiated in 2004 in order to help support a redevelopment and streetscape concept plan that supports the community’s vision for the area. The study area encompasses approximately two miles and lies along Davie Boulevard from the western City limits at US Highway 441/State Road 7 to Interstate 95 on the east. The City Commission accepted the Davie Boulevard Corridor Master Plan on May 25, 2006 allowing for the opportunity to move forward with potential regulatory changes, including land use and zoning amendments to support private redevelopment and further the community vision.
