PURPOSE: The optional and free-of-charge Preliminary Development Meeting provides applicants with initial feedback about a proposed project. It is intended to save applicants resources and time in order to help guide discussions and identify any significant issues, and provide opportunities to ask questions early in the development review process.  The form may also be used to schedule any follow up meetings as requested by applicant.

INSTRUCTIONS: To schedule a preliminary development meeting with Urban Design and Planning staff, please complete the Preliminary Development Meeting Request Form below and staff will provide you with date and time options. You may indicate “N/A” or not applicable for any line items that you do not have sufficient information for at this time.

If available, provide a digital version of your concept, project designs, survey, etc. You may upload the plans under the attachments section.  Please also bring the survey and any plans you wish to present to the meeting.
