Applications & Plans for FDEP Submission
The required documentation for the permitting application and certification process must be submitted to Public Works via LauderBuild. (Select New Application - Permits/Engineering - Engineering-Service Requests - Outside Agency Approval)
PURPOSE: The purpose of this form is to provide Public Works with the required documentation for the permitting application and certification process per Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and Broward County (BC) guidelines.
INSTRUCTIONS: All uploaded documents MUST be in PDF format. FDEP and BC applications must be uploaded separately.
