Breakwater Beach Surf Club Homes, also known as Breakwater Homes, is a neighborhood located in the southeastern part of the City of Fort Lauderdale. It is bounded on the east by South Ocean Drive, on the south by the Port Everglades inlet. It is bounded on the west by SE 25 Avenue and property of St. Sebastian Catholic Church, and on the north by the rear property lines between SE 20th Street (Anchor Drive) and Barbara Drive.
