MOT's or Mobility of Traffic forms are signed by Deputy Chief Timothy Heiser

You can email the MOT to Chief Heiser at THeiser@fortlauderdale.gov he will sign it and we will scan and email it back or you can come in and have it signed personally at Fire Rescue Headquarters at 528 NW 2nd Street Fort Lauderdale FL, 33311
