Fort Lauderdale Ocean Rescue equipment includes:

  • 2 4 x 4 ATV
  • 1 4 x 4 UTV
  • 3 Personal Rescue Watercrafts
  • 4 Toyota Tacoma 4x4
  • 20 Lifeguard towers and vehicles are equipped with trauma bags, airway bags, spinal injury management equipment and rescue boards
  • 14 Automated External Defibrillators  ("including one (1) in every odd number tower" , and one (1) in every truck)
  • Narcan is carried in all of the trucks
